"The marrying of art and science is what drives my designs."

Using both sides of my brain, I am able to think critically and creatively to develop experiences that are visually eye-catching while being smartly intuitive.

I obtained a B.Sc. Life Sciences from McMaster University and a BFA from OCAD University. Science fed my thirst for knowledge while honing my problem solving and analytical skills while art gave me a way to give meaning to my voice.

Growing up, science fiction was my realm of choice. It allowed for internal exploration while allowing for fantastical visuals that captivated and propelled my imagination. With this I took to drawing in my free time, creating my own worlds and narratives that would stem from the shows I loved (still do) and watched. These shows also gave me my first taste of representation in media as a minority and little did I know it would expand and inform my work professionally.
